Lottollano Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lottollano, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
✅ Accepted Cases:
Items damaged or defective upon arrival
Wrong item shipped (our mistake)
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags & packaging within 14 days of delivery
❌ Non-Eligible Cases:
Used, washed, or damaged items (not caused during shipping)
Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable")
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
2. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@lottollano.com with:
Order number
Photos of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
Reason for return
Step 2: We’ll approve your request & provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
Step 3: Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Step 4: Once received, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges (Size/Color/Model)
We currently offer exchanges for:
Wrong size
Different color preference
Alternative model (subject to availability)
How to Exchange:
Email us at service@lottollano.com with your order number and desired exchange details.
Return the original item (unworn, with tags) using our prepaid label.
We’ll ship the replacement once the return is received.
Note: Customers cover return shipping for exchanges unless the error is ours.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Do not discard the product or packaging.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the damage
We’ll either:
Send a free replacement (if available), or
Issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).
5. Refund Timeline
Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing.
PayPal/Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days.
Note: International refunds may take longer due to bank processing.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be refunded/exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized items
Socks & accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during clearance sales
